Bio: 
 
Lesley Page, Ph.D. is Professor and Chair in the Organizational Leadership and Management Department in the College of Business at Õ¬Äи£ÀûÉç University. She has worked for more than 30 years in corporate and consulting positions in many industries such as retail, financial services, consumer products, healthcare and pharmaceuticals. She continues to work with clients on employee and customer satisfaction measurement, organizational culture assessment, competency modeling, and leadership development. Currently, Dr. Page teaches courses in leadership theory, team building, organizational change, ethics, organizational culture and strategic planning. Dr. Page has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
