Cremin will place the Public Landing in historical context, comment on the relocation of the Pioneer Settlement, provide an overview of the developments of the interpretive elements of the park and discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by this kind of project. He added, “The transformation of the Lockport’s north Public Landing from the Pioneer Settlement to the Lincoln Landing can serve as a catalyst for change for Lockport.”
